I don't know if you have noticed, but the new generation of actresses are extremely fashionable. Back in my day, *cough*5 years ago, teen queens were wearing khakis and belly tops to premieres. These three young women are surprisingly all under the age of 15, yet each of them are classy and elegant on the red carpet.
